Youth Events
2/15: Pie Eating Contest (a.k.a, “Gain 5lbs in 5 minutes”!)
From past experiences, we suggest you fast a couple days in advance for one of the oldest traditions of the youth group; the Pie Eating Contest! Come after church (we suggest you also pass-up coffee hour), and prepare to eat your pie with no hands. Yup, that’s right! Winner finishes their pie first! (Next week we will be shopping or bigger clothes…)
2/22: Whose Line is it Anyway?
Knock, knock! Whose there? Doris. Doris who? Doris locked, that’s why I knocked! Ha ha ha…oh, man, I crack myself up! Come and have a night of stand up comedy! We will be holding our own version of “Whose Line is it Anyway?” in the church at 5:00 pm. Bring $5 for Dinner

Job Hunting?
St. George's Social Issues Commission is sponsoring a support group for people who have lost their jobs because of the economy or are otherwise unemployed. This group is being lead by the Rev. John Fredenburgh, and will meet on Thursdays in the Welcome Area at 10:00 AM.
In addition to a support group, help will be given in insurance concerns, resumes, and job search, especially in using the internet.
If you know of someone in need of this help and support, please do not hesitate to invite them on Thursday mornings. This is not limited to St. George's members. All are welcome.
